Accessibility
Accessibility is good. The location is close to the A9, A10 and A2 motorways, providing direct motorway connections to the whole of the Netherlands.

Public transport
The building is also easily accessible by public transport. The Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena railway and underground station is only 450 metres away, providing a direct connection to Amsterdam Central Station, Utrecht Central Station and Schiphol Airport.

Parking
Parking is available in the P5 underground car park, which is directly connected to the office building. Thanks to the adjacent Villa Arena shopping centre, the Alpha Tower has excellent parking facilities.
Please note: take P5 general visitors parking (left lane downhill), as the offices parking requires a special access card. When parked in P5, you can walk through the car park to our offices in Alfa Tower past the barrier, which is quicker than going outside. See the signs on site for directions.

The building is located in a prime location, next to the Amsterdam Arena in the
Amsterdam Zuidoost district. It is within walking distance of various restaurants, cafés, shops, hotels, the Villa Arena, the Ziggo Dome and AFAS Live theatres, and the large shopping centre “De Amsterdamse Poort”.

BEREIKBAARHEID

De bereikbaarheid is optimaal. De locatie ligt nabij de snelwegen A9, A10 en A2
waardoor er een directe snelwegverbinding is met heel Nederland.

Openbaar vervoer
Ook met het openbaar vervoer is het gebouw uitstekend bereikbaar. Het NS-
/metrostation Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena is op slechts 450 meter afstand gelegen
waardoor er een directe aansluiting is met Amsterdam CS, Utrecht CS en Schiphol Airport.

Parkeren
Parkeren kan in de ondergelegen parkeergarage P5 die in directe verbinding met het kantoorgebouw staat. Door het naast gelegen winkelcentrum Villa Arena, beschikt de Alpha Tower over uitstekende parkeerfaciliteiten.

Tip: let op, hou in P5 algemene bezoekers aan (linker baan naar beneden), niet
abonnementhouders/kantoren tenzij je een speciale toegang pas hebt. Als je parkeert in P5 kun je door de garage naar de kantoren en Alfa toren lopen (niet rijden), dat is sneller dan buitenom. Zie aanwijzing loop-bordjes ter plaatse.

Het gebouw is gelegen op een A-locatie, naast de Amsterdam Arena in het stadsdeel Amsterdam Zuidoost. Op loopafstand van diverse restaurants, cafés, winkels, hotels, de Villa Arena, theaters Ziggo Dome en AFAS Live en in de omgeving eveneens het grote winkelcentrum “De Amsterdamse Poort”.
