The DNV Certification Scheme for Real Estate Brokers and Appraisers is the only certification scheme in its kind that is accredited according the ISO 17024 by the Dutch Council for Accreditation.

Only DNV certified Real Estate Brokers and Appraisers can be registered by the SCVM* under the condition that the certificate holder fulfils his yearly Permanent Education obligations and is active in his profession.

DNV offers certification of competence for the following professions:

- Registered Real Estate Broker and Appraiser for Houses and Small Commercial Real Estate (accredited)
- Registered Real Estate Broker and Appraiser for Agricultural Real Estate (accredited)
- Registered Real Estate Broker and Appraiser for Commercial Real Estate (accredited)

- Registered Appraiser Real Estate for Houses and Small Commercial Real Estate
- Registered Appraiser Real Estate for Agricultural Real Estate
- Registered Appraiser Real Estate for Commercial Real Estate

- Appraiser Real Estate according to the Dutch Tax Law for Real Estate value
